[Remote] Senior Product Designer

They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts for their app, focusing on enhancing user experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to measurably improve people’s lives through design
  • Work within a focused, balanced team to deliver a fun experience for shoppers and partners
  • Conduct design critiques of your work with cross-functional stakeholders and peers
  • Develop strong working relationships with Product and Engineering leads
  • Influence decisions within your team and the larger organization
  • Launch multiple features into production with iterations

Skills

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, native mobile app design experience or enterprise web application experience required
  • Experience building growth- and retention-focused products (ideally reward-centric products)
  • Experience with Figma, Miro, and Protopie
  • Experience with animation (ideally Rive)
  • A tendency to self-direct and lean on their own prioritization methods to get their work done in a fast-paced startup environment
