[Remote] Senior Marketing Data & Analytics Specialist

They are seeking a Senior Marketing Data & Analytics Specialist to optimize marketing analytics and reporting, focusing on data accuracy and AI-driven insights. This role involves collaboration across teams to develop actionable insights and support a scalable digital marketing ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals and digital performance objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle, and sales
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce, Pardot, and integrated platforms
- Utilize data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to inform campaign performance and strategic decisions
- Stay current with analytics best practices, AI capabilities, and data privacy regulations
- Support compliance with global data privacy standards including CCPA, GDPR, and related regulations
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms
- Develop standardized reporting templates to track marketing performance, pipeline, and revenue impact
- Incorporate AI-driven insights and automated reporting capabilities into dashboards where applicable
- Ensure data is presented in a clear, concise, and actionable format for stakeholders
- Support executive and operational reporting needs across marketing and sales teams
- Analyze campaign performance across channels including web, email, paid media, and lifecycle programs
- Identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities using both traditional analytics and AI-assisted analysis
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate data exploration, anomaly detection, and insight generation
- Translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations
- Support A/B testing analysis and performance measurement across digital initiatives
- Work within Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot to manage, validate, and analyze marketing and lead data
- Support lead lifecycle tracking, campaign attribution, and pipeline reporting
- Ensure proper data structure, segmentation, and alignment across systems
- Perform regular data audits, cleansing, and validation to maintain data quality
- Support integration of data across platforms including Salesforce, marketing automation, website analytics, and enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo
- Assist in managing multi-source data environments to create a unified customer and account view
- Ensure consistent data flow and accuracy across systems and reporting layers
- Present insights and findings in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop data narratives that connect marketing performance to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms to assist in summarizing insights and creating executive-ready reporting
- Support leadership with actionable recommendations based on data analysis and predictive insights
- Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices across all platforms
- Support compliance with data privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and global requirements
- Assist in managing consent data, data usage policies, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Partner with legal, IT, and operations teams to ensure proper data handling and protection
- Support development and application of predictive analytics models to improve targeting, forecasting, and campaign performance
- Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency, automate insights, and improve decision making
- Explore opportunities to integrate machine learning and AI-driven analytics into marketing workflows
- Contribute to building an AI-ready data foundation that supports personalization, segmentation, and performance optimization
- Stay informed on emerging analytics technologies and support digital transformation initiatives
- Partner with digital marketing, lifecycle, and campaign teams to align analytics with business objectives
- Work closely with CRM and marketing operations teams to ensure data accuracy and usability
- Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs and success metrics
- Support global teams with consistent reporting and analytics standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles
- Strong experience with Power BI and/or other data visualization tools
- Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Experience with data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations
- Experience with data governance and privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms for data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Exposure to predictive analytics, data modeling, or machine learning concepts preferred
