[Remote] Senior SAP HCM Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. The Senior SAP HCM Consultant will be a key player in the consulting team, responsible for defining problem statements, evaluating solutions, and implementing deployment plans while providing value-adding consulting solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations
- Create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan
- Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
- This position may require travel to Project / client locations
- This role may involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). Hence the eligible candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents only
- At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- At least 4 years of experience in SAP HCM Skills, especially US payroll and success factors
- At least 4 years of experience in Development Design / problem analysis /solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
- At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Knowledge on HCM US Payroll and ESS, MSS, HRSS workflows
- SAP HCM Functional and Technical experience handle Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, ESS and MSS and Payroll transactions
- Knowledge on WRICEF, Idoc's, Bdocs, Batch processing in HCM
- HCM Integration knowledge with 3rd party tools/success factors and SAP solution manager CHARM
- Labor Rates and Costing Implementation
- Knowledge on Web UI or Webdynpro, Fiori screen functional design
