[Remote] Manager - Project Financial Management

The Manager - Project Financial Management will focus on accurate revenue recognition, margin optimization, and delivery performance, leading a team of analysts to improve financial outcomes through operational excellence and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of financial analysts responsible for accurate revenue recognition, project margin analytics
  • Partner with service line leaders and the Enterprise Pricing CoE to monitor revenue trends, project performance post-pricing, ensuring commercial terms are supported through effective delivery management
  • Identify repetitive, manual tasks suitable for automation to improve efficiency and data quality
  • Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions, AI driven analytics and workflow optimization
  • Partner with Technology and Operations teams to deploy AI tools for forecasting, anomaly detection and predictive insights
  • Monitor trends in delivery performance and margin optimization opportunities
  • Partner with the Data Analytics team to establish data governance frameworks to ensure integrity and consistency in reporting

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field required
  • 5 years of relevant experience required, 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, delivery margin analytics, or cost optimization, including 2+ years in a team leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Experience managing financial analytics or shared service teams supporting U.S. or global business units
  • Experience in Workday/SAP and automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx)
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills, SQL, Phyton
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and functions
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical excellence, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment
  • MBA, CPA or advanced degree preferred
