[Remote] Recruiting Paid Consultant - Advanced Analytics, Predictive Modeling & Executive Consulting

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LinkedIn is seeking experienced professionals in advanced people analytics and workforce analytics to provide expert insight for a project in their AI Marketplace. This role involves completing a one-time, paid, project-based interview where candidates will explain their workflows and decision-making processes in advanced workforce analytics and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll complete a ~ 30-minute recorded AI-led video interview where you explain how you actually do your work in practice
  • This interview will focus on:
  • Scoping ambiguous or strategic workforce questions and translating them into defensible analytical approaches
  • Joining data across HR systems, preparing datasets, creating features, and handling data-quality issues
  • Running advanced or predictive analyses, validating models, monitoring drift, and managing bias or proxy-variable risk
  • Delivering actionable insights to stakeholders while communicating uncertainty, limitations, and ethical boundaries
  • You will be asked to explain workflows specifically within: advanced workforce analytics, predictive modeling, ambiguous stakeholder request scoping, analytical delivery, and decision enablement workflows

Skills

  • 8+ years in advanced people analytics, HR data science, workforce analytics consulting, organisational analytics, or talent analytics
  • Direct, hands-on experience in advanced workforce analytics, predictive modelling, ambiguous stakeholder request scoping, analytical delivery, and decision enablement workflows
  • Experience making or influencing decisions related to method selection, dataset assembly, model validation, bias/proxy-variable risk, stakeholder actionability, uncertainty communication, and prioritisation of ad-hoc requests
  • Familiarity with tools such as: SQL, Python, R, Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, Workday, Visier, One Model, Qualtrics, Excel
  • Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
  • Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
