[Remote] Global Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Global Marketing Manager who will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing social media, and driving lead generation to support the firm's growth and vision.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the founder to execute and enhance existing marketing strategies, coordinating initiatives across various channels
- Oversee all organic social media activities, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with strategic business goals. Manage social engagement, including monitoring comments/DMs and routing high-intent inquiries appropriately
- Transform and distribute existing content across multiple platforms to maximize reach and impact
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and guide adjustments for continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary contact with marketing agencies, ensuring alignment on strategy execution and deliverables
- Facilitate lead generation activities and support business development efforts, potentially including event attendance and networking
- Assist in evolving the client success program, enhancing engagement and onboarding processes
- Aid in initial candidate screenings during peak hiring phases, not as a primary recruiter but as support to streamline processes
- Clarify and communicate Rikka Law’s unique value proposition across privacy law, AI governance, commercial legal services, government services, Rikka Academy, and thought leadership initiatives
Skills
- Minimum of 3–5 years in marketing, with the ability to operate independently and understand foundational marketing principles
- Demonstrated capacity to translate strategic vision into actionable marketing plans without heavy oversight
- Proficiency in thought leadership, content distribution, and social media engagement
- Self-driven with the ability to build momentum and solve problems efficiently
- Ability to engage effectively with the founder, clients, vendors, and event participants
