[Remote] Clinical Product specialist - 3D Xray Start-Up

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CT19 is an Oxford-headquartered medical imaging company developing a new generation of point-of-use 3D X-ray systems. They are seeking a Clinical Product Specialist to deliver training, applications support, and product demonstrations to customers across the US, while building strong customer relationships and supporting product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical training, applications support and product demonstrations to customers across the US
  • Educate radiology and clinical users on the benefits and effective use of the company’s medical and veterinary imaging systems
  • Build strong customer relationships to support product adoption and maintain high levels of satisfaction
  • Support the sales team with clinical and product expertise during customer discussions
  • Help develop presentations, training materials and other customer-facing content
  • Work closely with Service and R&D teams to resolve issues and improve the user experience
  • Gather customer feedback on image quality, workflow and system performance to support future product development

Skills

  • Background in Radiography, Radiologic Technology or a related radiology discipline
  • Previous experience in a Clinical Applications Specialist or similar clinical applications role
  • Strong understanding of radiographic imaging and image interpretation
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations and applications training in clinical environments
  • Proven ability to build credibility with clinical users and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Strong customer focus and commercial awareness
  • Problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail
  • Confident creating impactful PowerPoint presentations
  • Ideally based between Texas and North Carolina, with easy access to a major domestic airport
  • Frequent travel across the United States
