[Remote] French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will provide exceptional support to French-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent support: Deliver prompt and friendly service in French and English, handling a variety of customer questions and issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve: Use your problem-solving skills to calmly find effective solutions for customers
  • Document interactions: Maintain accurate records of all customer communications to ensure seamless service
  • Contribute to improvement: Share customer feedback and insights to help us enhance our processes and products
  • Collaborate effectively: Work as a key member of our remote team, staying aligned on goals and priorities

Skills

  • Complete fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
  • At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce, tech support, or a contact center
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify
  • You are a patient, detail-oriented person with a genuine desire to help others
  • You can work independently and communicate clearly with a remote team
  • A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher
  • A stable internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps upload and download speeds
  • A quiet, professional workspace for calls
