Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with a positive and empathetic approach
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team when necessary
Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace
- Prior customer support experience is preferred but not required
