[Remote] Enablement Program Manager, Services

The role involves developing and optimizing enablement programs for sales and account management teams, and managing various enablement platforms to enhance sales effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, optimize, and measure enablement programs supporting field sales, account management, and operations teams
- Design and deliver onboarding, training, and upskilling programs for global sales and account management teams
- Create and maintain enablement content including playbooks, eLearning modules, guides, videos, and host-facing resources
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Revenue Operations, and Communications teams to support go-to-market initiatives and product launches
- Manage enablement platforms, content repositories, and AI-powered coaching tools to improve sales effectiveness and adoption
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or enablement program management
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and driving programs from strategy through execution
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, Google Workspace, Excel, and content creation tools such as Adobe, Articulate, Canva, or Figma
- Strong communication, training, content development, and stakeholder management skills with experience supporting sales organizations
