[Remote] Services Product Manager for Thermal Systems (Global)

The Global Product Manager – Thermal Services is responsible for defining, developing, and scaling the global thermal lifecycle service portfolio, ensuring services are standardized, scalable, and aligned to customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the global thermal services portfolio strategy across the service lifecycle, from project services (e.g., commissioning, startup, validation) to recurring and advanced lifecycle services
- Translate customer requirements for uptime, energy efficiency, compliance, and risk reduction into standardized thermal service offerings
- Develop clear service definitions, including scope, entitlements, deliverables, and differentiation across service tiers
- Lead global rollout of thermal service offerings, ensuring consistent adoption and execution across regions
- Develop and maintain standardized service artifacts including:
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Service delivery playbooks and enablement materials
- Balance global standardization with regional flexibility to meet local market, regulatory, and customer requirements
- Partner with R&D, engineering, and product teams to influence thermal product designs for serviceability, digital readiness, and lifecycle support
- Collaborate with regional execution teams and external service partners to define scalable delivery models
- Lead introduction of new thermal service offerings through pilots, refinement, and global deployment
- Define value‑based pricing frameworks aligned to customer outcomes such as uptime, energy efficiency, asset life extension, and operational risk reduction
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Services leadership to establish pricing guidance, margin expectations, and commercial models
- Support sales enablement through clear positioning, value propositions, and customer ROI narratives
- Monitor service adoption, execution quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
- Leverage field feedback, performance data, and installed base insights to continuously refine service offerings
- Drive continuous improvement in service consistency, scalability, and customer outcomes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 7–12+ years of experience in lifecycle services, service product management, thermal infrastructure, or related roles
- Strong understanding of thermal systems and cooling technologies in critical environments
- Proven experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, R&D, regional execution teams, and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization and drive alignment across regions
