The ideal candidate will develop innovative sourcing strategies and collaborate effectively with hiring managers to secure top-tier talent across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across various business leaders and functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop talent strategies aligned with business needs
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Understand various tech stacks and frameworks at a high level to represent engineering roles effectively
  • Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions to enhance hiring outcomes
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, ensuring hiring goals are met
  • Utilize analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and measure recruitment effectiveness
  • Provide hiring managers with market data to ensure informed hiring decisions
  • Develop innovative approaches to attract top talent beyond traditional methods
  • Engage passive candidates in niche fields through targeted outreach
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment efforts with business priorities
  • Streamline hiring processes and advocate for structured recruitment best practices

Skills

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical hiring
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent in competitive markets
  • Experience using data to drive hiring strategies and influence decision-making
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to advise hiring managers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ORC, Lever) and recruiting tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and talent acquisition
