[Remote] Sales Operations Specialist

They are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist who will engage with prospective clients, manage CRM systems, and analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and support the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an extension of the Sales team by preconsulting with prospective customers via phone, email, and other digital communication channels to clarify needs
  • Gather all applicable financial reports, sales management reports or estimates to begin preparing analysis for shop owner consultation
  • Begin sales presentations with consultants and initiate a warm handoff
  • Support sales gathering all relevant documents and information for seamless handoff to coaching staff
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication, follow-up, and customer service to ensure a positive experience
  • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with sales teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to optimize lead generation efforts, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance and customer behavior
  • Provide insights and recommendations to sales teams and management to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance
  • Support the implementation and optimization of CRM systems, sales technology platforms, and sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
  • Support the development and maintenance of sales performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as pipeline, win rates, and revenue forecasts
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales forecasts and targets based on historical performance and market trends
  • Monitor and evaluate sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or a similar role
  • 2+ years of automotive experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of sales processes and best practices
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management preferred
