[Remote] Amazon Connect Voice Engineer

Accion Labs is seeking an Amazon Connect Voice Engineer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Amazon Connect for contact center operations. The role involves configuring voice workflows, developing backend services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable voice solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Amazon Connect for contact center operations
- Configure and manage voice workflows, call routing, IVR systems, and integration
- Develop and maintain backend services and integrations using Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable voice solutions
- Integrate Amazon Connect with external systems (CRM, APIs, databases)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice infrastructure and contact center operations
- Optimize system performance, call flows, and customer experience
- Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of voice systems
- Support deployment, testing, and production release
Skills
- Strong experience with Amazon Connect (contact flows, routing, integrations)
- Solid understanding of voice engineering concepts (IVR, SIP, telephony systems, call routing)
- Proficiency in Java development (Spring Boot or similar frameworks preferred)
- Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience integrating voice platforms with CRM or third-party systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
