[Remote] Senior Business Data Analyst (Investment Data Management)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VBeyond Corporation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner to manage data requirements and workflows for the residential whole loan asset class. This role is essential for ensuring data accuracy and completeness across the investment lifecycle by bridging investment teams, external partners, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Defining, prioritizing, and delivering data requirements and workflows for the residential whole loan asset class
• Owning the end-to-end data product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, workflow design, implementation oversight, and downstream reporting enablement

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience preferably in finance, data, or information systems. A graduate degree is a plus
• 10+ years of investment industry experience in Business analysis, product ownership, or data roles within asset management or financial services
• Residential mortgage / whole loan / structured credit environments experience strongly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in product ownership experience
• Familiarity with Snowflake, cloud data architectures, or modern data stacks
• Experience with loan servicing systems, custodians, and third-party data vendors
• Exposure to IBOR/ABOR ecosystems and portfolio accounting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage senior stakeholders
