[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fenris is a data and analytics company that delivers instant prefill data and predictive insights for early risk assessment and quoting of insurance products. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise opportunities while managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise opportunities, focusing on carriers, MGAs, brokers, marketplaces, and insurtechs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and close
  • Work in a consultative manner to understand client needs, position Fenris’ data and API solutions, and drive adoption and expansion with industry partners, technology platforms, and direct sales targets
  • Daily activities include pipeline management, collaboration with product and technical teams on demos and proofs of concept, accurate forecasting, and maintaining CRM hygiene

Skills

  • Proven experience in Enterprise Sales, ideally in data, SaaS, insurance technology, or related B2B solutions
  • Demonstrated success in deal sourcing, forecasting, closing, and onboarding of new clients to data services and/or predictive intelligence platforms
  • Experience with Consultative Selling, including discovery, solution mapping, value-based selling, and navigating multi-step decision processes
  • Comfort working with APIs, data products, or analytics solutions, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
  • Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage a remote workload, prioritize a dynamic pipeline, and reliably meet targets
  • Prior experience at a startup or lean environment is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with P&C insurance markets, distribution channels, and underwriting workflows is strongly preferred
