Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Skills

  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet (> 15mbps) may be required for some programs
  • This position requires that you reside within 50 miles of Sacramento, CA
