They are seeking a Field Marketing & Events Manager to lead the strategy and execution of regional field presence during a period of rapid growth, focusing on driving awareness and influencing enterprise deals through high-impact events.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a world-class events calendar—from high-touch executive roundtables for Fortune 500 CISOs to major international security summits
  • Own end-to-end logistics, including vendor regional management, booth production, and on-site execution, ensuring a seamless brand experience anywhere in the world
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure every regional engagement is captured, tracked, and converted into a measurable pipeline
  • Translate event data into actionable business impact, continuously optimizing our regional strategy based on market trends and performance
  • Leverage AI tools to scale your workflows and create personalized, cutting-edge experiences for attendees

Skills

  • 3-5 years in field marketing or event management, with a solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape
  • Previous experience managing presence at major industry conferences like RSA or Identiverse is a significant advantage
  • Proven track record of executing high-impact events (across different US regions) and managing international vendors
  • You are a 'doer' who can also think big. You can move seamlessly from high-level strategy to the granular details of on-site production
  • You understand that an event's success is measured by the quality of the pipeline it generates, not just the number of attendees
  • You are curious about and comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, or meeting assistants) to optimize your work and the attendee experience
  • You can hold your own in a room with CISOs and executives, representing Oasis with confidence and clarity
  • Eager to take ownership, prove your impact, and grow with a fast-scaling startup
