[Remote] Contract Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vacaré Group is a Boston based consulting firm that partners with clients to enhance their recruiting processes and improve candidate experiences. They are hiring a Contract Recruiter to support a Canadian client by sourcing and screening bilingual (French/English) candidates for technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruiting services to clients
• Source and screen qualified candidates (French/English) for open requisitions (with a focus on passive candidates/direct sourcing)
• Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience before, during, and at the conclusion of the interview process
• Complete candidate assessments/screens to present to clients within company standards
• Develop strong working relationships with clients, recruiters, business leaders, and operations team
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation on all candidate and client interactions
• Additional tasks as required

Skills

• Bachelor Degree (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment (technical recruiting experience preferred)
• Written and spoken fluency in French and in English
• Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for challenging to fill positions
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proven ability to track and manage data and workflows
• Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity
• Strong aptitude to learn new technologies
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Technical recruiting experience
