[Remote] Vice President of Growth
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Corbalt is a small group of technologists working to build better software infrastructure for government. The VP of Growth owns Corbalt’s growth strategy and execution, focusing on building client relationships and leading business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a visible, trusted local representative of Corbalt
- Responsible for driving sustainable, high-impact growth across the company
- Collaborate with delivery team to align growth strategy with execution capabilities
- Own all aspects of growth, including:
- Relationship building with clients, primes, and partners
- Business development strategy and pipeline
- Capture planning and proposals
- Marketing and visibility
- Lead or support efforts required to respond to requests (RFIs, RFPs)
Skills
- Experience in business development and growth strategy
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, primes, and partners
- Proven track record of driving sustainable, high-impact growth
- Ability to collaborate with delivery teams to align growth strategy with execution capabilities
- Experience in capture planning and proposal development
- Strong marketing and visibility skills
- Experience responding to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Ability to serve as a visible, trusted representative of the company
