[Remote] Business Development/Sales – West Coast USA

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wallace Perimeter Security is a leading manufacturer of high-security perimeter solutions, safeguarding various facilities. They are seeking a driven and strategic Market Developer to expand their presence by forging key relationships and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects, conduct cold outreach, and build lasting relationships with decision-makers
  • Maintain and submit regular activity and results reports, including daily call logs, weekly plans, and monthly/annual territory reviews
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, and industry events to network and uncover new opportunities (travel required)
  • Keep accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring customer profiles, lead generation, and updates are properly maintained

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or market development
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM system
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Construction experience is considered an asset
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is an asset
