Canaan Inc. is a global leader in blockchain computing hardware, and they are seeking a Business Growth Pioneer to drive hardware sales across the U.S. market. The role involves leading outbound sales efforts, managing the entire sales cycle, and building relationships with B2B clients to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead outbound sales efforts and consistently achieve clearly defined revenue targets for BTC mining hardware
  • Own the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to deal closing and after-sales support
  • Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients, including but not limited to publicly traded companies and top-tier miners
  • Develop and execute innovative, results-driven sales strategies to grow and convert your pipeline
  • Track key sales metrics and continuously optimize deal flow and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with internal teams – logistics, operations, and finance – to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
  • Report on sales pipeline health, actively manage forecasts, and contribute to revenue planning
  • Continuously refine your sales approach to maximize performance and exceed target

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B or hardware sales
  • OR a recent graduate with strong drive and ability to hit targets fast
  • Relentlessly goal-oriented, motivated by results
  • Strong communicator with a client-first mindset
  • Self-starter who can work independently and follow through
  • Passion for crypto, blockchain infrastructure, or mining hardware
  • Bachelor's degree or above; international students (OPT) welcome
