Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our seasonal retail team as Specialists. Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously update personal product knowledge through in‑store training, online resources, and industry news.
  • Contribute to an inclusive store atmosphere by respecting diverse perspectives and encouraging open dialogue among teammates and guests.
  • Handle transactions accurately, process returns, and manage inventory replenishment in accordance with arenaflex policies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated passion for technology, especially consumer electronics, and a willingness to stay current on emerging trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both individuals and small groups comfortably.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on store needs and personal availability.
  • Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems and a comfort level handling cash and electronic transactions.
