Position Overview

The E-commerce Social Media Associate and Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex plays a dual role that combines creative digital marketing with high-impact customer service. You will assist in executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, monitor and respond to audience engagement, and work closely with our customer service team to ensure every Tesla owner who interacts with arenaflex receives timely, empathetic, and effective support.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, and operations, you will help shape the voice of arenaflex online, contribute to campaign ideation, track performance metrics, and act as a brand ambassador in every customer interaction. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Tustin, California office, with a competitive hourly wage of $20 to $24, plus bonus opportunities, health benefits, paid time off, and a flexible weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management and Content Creation

  • Assist in managing, curating, and publishing compelling content across key social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
  • Monitor social media channels in real time for trending topics, audience comments, and direct messages, responding promptly in a friendly, on-brand, and personable manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to brainstorm creative concepts for marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches, and editorial content calendars.
  • Schedule and publish posts using leading social media management tools, optimizing posting times and content formats for maximum engagement.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and click-through rates, compiling data into actionable reports for the marketing team.
  • Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity to keep arenaflex at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Assist in creating visually appealing graphics, short-form videos, and other multimedia content using graphic design tools and content creation platforms.

Customer Service and Customer Experience Support

  • Serve as a frontline point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns received via email, live chat, social media direct messages, and other communication channels.
  • Address and resolve customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism, striving for first-contact resolution and high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive customer inquiries to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely follow-up until full resolution is achieved.
  • Proactively manage customer reviews and ratings on third-party platforms, encouraging satisfied customers to leave positive feedback and professionally addressing any negative comments.
  • Maintain a deep and current understanding of arenaflex products, Tesla accessory specifications, installation processes, and company policies to provide accurate and helpful assistance.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback patterns, and recurring issues to share insights that can drive product improvements and service enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Reporting

  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to align social media initiatives with broader business objectives and product launches.
  • Share valuable customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence with relevant departments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in compiling, organizing, and presenting data for regular social media and customer service performance reports.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent practical work experience will also be considered.
  • Prior experience or completed internship in social media management, digital marketing, e-commerce, or customer service is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, empathetically, and persuasively with diverse audiences.
