About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi The Senior Analyst, Health Services provides high‑quality analysis, strategic advice and actionable insights to support the design, delivery and continuous improvement of health services. Working across complex programmes, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to translate evidence, data and lived experience into practical, outcome‑focused improvements that support ACC’s health services work programme and benefit New Zealanders. We’re seeking a dedicated Senior Analyst, Health Services to join our team in Strategic Commissioning. You’ll play a pivotal role in providing analysis, developing business cases, supporting service design and improvement initiatives that aligns with ACC’s strategic direction and commitments under Te Tiriti o Waitangi. What we offer The appointing salary for this role is $101,287– $130,000 based on experience and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. About you | Mōu You will bring: Demonstrated experience in senior analysis, service design, process improvement or policy work within complex organisations Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear, evidence‑based advice Experience developing business cases, investment papers or strategic recommendations Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Confidence working within applying Te Tiriti o Waitangi in policy, service or system design Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a changing environment You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
