Key Responsibilities

  • Rapidly identify and resolve client inquiries by researching internal resources and external references.
  • Provide clear, concise answers to customer questions, maintaining a professional tone at all times.
  • Enter, update, and verify data related to arenaflex’s products, services, policies, and procedures with a focus on accuracy.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of internal partners—including sales, operations, and technical support—to gather necessary information.
  • Deliver exemplary inbound support, handling calls and chat interactions with empathy and efficiency.
  • Communicate product information to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and usage of arenaflex’s travel solutions.

  • Continuously improve personal performance by participating in training, feedback sessions, and performance metrics reviews.

Minimum Qualifications (Essential Skills)

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 25 Mbps download) and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and courteously.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with web browsers, email, and online research tools.
  • Commitment to a full‑time schedule, including the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Training & Development
