Why This Role Matters

As a Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager, you will be the bridge between emerging sellers and arenaflex’s expansive 3P (third‑party) marketplace. Your work will directly influence product selection, pricing strategies, and the overall customer experience. By identifying market gaps, onboarding high‑potential sellers, and guiding them through best‑practice selling techniques, you will help expand arenaflex’s product catalog, increase revenue, and strengthen our position as a leader in the e‑commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Growth & Analysis: Conduct deep‑dive research on marketplace segments, seasonal trends, and competitive activity to uncover opportunities for new product categories.
  • Seller Acquisition: Prospect, engage, and recruit high‑performing sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and one‑on‑one presentations, focusing on expanding the 3P ecosystem in the United States.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Guide sellers through the onboarding process, delivering data‑driven insights, pricing recommendations, and best‑practice selling tactics to accelerate time‑to‑market.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track seller performance metrics, identify gaps, and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement in sales, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including product, operations, finance, and legal—to resolve seller issues, streamline processes, and enhance the overall marketplace experience.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate product and seller data in arenaflex’s internal systems, generate regular performance reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Strategic GTM Execution: Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that attract key marketplace players, increase product selection breadth, and grow the customer base.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets using consultative and solution‑oriented selling approaches.
  • Strong passion for introducing new products to untapped markets.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite tools; comfort working with large data sets.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities, including the capacity to interpret complex financial data.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting clear, persuasive messaging.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct e‑commerce experience, especially in marketplace onboarding or seller development.
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics sales or related product categories.
  • Background in direct sales, field sales, or business development roles that required high‑touch client interaction.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Marketplace (or similar platforms) processes and policies—experience with arenaflex’s own marketplace is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, enabling seamless communication with local sellers and U.S. customers.
