Job Summary Responsible for the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Will work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure successful implementation of marketing plans. Essential Functions -Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns. -Contribute to the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations. -Conduct market research and analysis to support marketing initiatives. -Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. -Participate in departmental and organizational meetings. -Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education Bachelor's Degree in related field of study preferred Experience 1+ years of relevant marketing experience preferred; internships, coordinator-level experience 2+ years of experience in a health care setting preferred​ Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Committed to teamwork and collaboration Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines Ability to prepare presentations and marketing materials in multiple formats Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong proofreading ability and close attention to detail Professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate across teams Comfort with using AI-enabled workflow tools, including CoPilot Additional Job Details (if applicable) Remote Type Remote Work Location 399 Revolution Drive Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Employee Type Regular Work Shift Day (United States of America) Pay Range $53,040.00 - $75,888.80/Annual Grade 5 At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
