Position Summary Execution of the regional supply chain management activities for the BU (Business Unit). Owns and Executes Regional BU Sales and Operations Plan Processes. Coordinates the activities of the Customer Service and Logistics department for a business unit at the regional level. Management of the order from its entry to its delivery (customer relations, supplier relations, inbound, warehousing, outbound & invoicing). Responsibilities will include: Own and execute the end-to-end regional BU supply chain processes, including Order‑to‑Cash and Plan‑to‑Deliver activities Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales on all operational, order, inventory, and inbound material matters Monitor order intake, inbound and outbound flows, inventory levels, and service performance; proactively communicate status and risks to leadership Drive operational performance, including OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and customer experienceLead regional planning processes, including inventory strategy, S&OP execution, and purchase order management Coordinate cross‑functionally with customer service, logistics, warehousing, invoicing, shared services, and SCM centers of excellence Ensure compliance with global operational standards, policies, and procedures Act as first‑line escalation for regional operational and inventory issues Lead and develop the regional BU operations team through coaching, training, resource planning, and change management Support KPI implementation, business reporting, and clear operational communication across the BU The salary range for the position of Regional End to End Manager is $64,330 - $83,000 per year. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity and other factors as permitted by law. Required Experience & Knowledge Minimum 5-8 years operational experience in a logistics and/or customer service or supply chain planning Experience in management or transactional management Bachelor’s Degrees with preference in Business, or Supply Chain Management A preference for supply chain certification by industry organizations (such as ASCM) ERP Proficiency (Sage) Supervisory Responsibilities Develop both managerial and technical skills—personally and within the team—by leveraging internal and external training resources, as well as participation in professional networks where relevant. Set clear, measurable goals for team members, and ensure regular follow-up using appropriate performance indicators. Supervise individual and collective performance by implementing effective evaluation and monitoring processes for direct or indirect reporting staff. Actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees in collaboration with the HR department. Ensure a structured onboarding process and tailored support for new hires, including initial training and follow-up to facilitate job adaptation. Foster employee engagement by building a climate of trust, delegating appropriately, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional development. Implement disciplinary measures when necessary, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal frameworks. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination across business functions.
