Manager - Reporting CoE Role Overview: We are seeking a high-performing FP&A Manager to lead Reporting activities within the Global Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will drive standardized financial reporting, planning, and analytics while partnering with global stakeholders across business lines, corporate FP&A, and regional finance teams. The individual will play a critical role in delivering accurate, timely financial insights to senior leadership (including CFO/CEO), while advancing automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1) Financial Planning, , Budgeting & Forecasting · Lead and coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across functions/business lines · Build robust financial models to support planning, resource allocation, and scenario analysis · Monitor performance vs. plan, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions · Support long-range planning aligned with strategic objectives · Continuously improve planning processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency 2) Reporting & Executive Financial Reviews · Own monthly and quarterly close coordination, including timelines and stakeholder communication · Produce standardized reporting packages for senior leadership (CFO/CEO level) · Conduct first-line review of financials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cross-slide validation prior to leadership review · Prepare P&L reports, KPI dashboards, and management commentary · Analyze trends across revenue, cost, margins, and key driver 3) Dashboarding & Automation · Lead development, standardization, and maintenance of global dashboards (by country, business line, client, etc.) · Drive reporting automation initiatives leveraging tools like Tableau, Power BI, OneStream, Oracle Planning, and AI solutions · Build a vision for automated, scalable reporting and partner with technology teams to implement solutions 4) Financial Analysis & Business Partnering · Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement · Partner with Controllership, Corporate FP&A, Investor Relations, Strategy, and Business Leaders · Support ad hoc analysis, investment cases, and executive requests · Evaluate business performance, risks, and opportunities across regions and functions 5) CoE Operations & Process Excellence · Own BAU delivery for Reporting CoE with focus on timeliness and quality · Drive standardization of reporting processes across regions and business lines · Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains · Develop best practices, documentation, and scalable frameworks Key Skills & Competencies Technical & Analytical · Experience with data visualization and planning tools (Tableau, Power BI, OneStream, Oracle Planning) · Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (mandatory) · Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and forecasting techniques · Knowledge of ERP systems and data management frameworks · Exposure to AI/automation tools in finance is must Leadership & Behavioral · Strong executive presence with ability to interact with senior leadership · Excellent communication and storytelling skills (financial and non-financial audiences) · High attention to detail with strong review and quality assurance mindset · Proactive problem solver with continuous improvement orientation · Ability to operate effectively in a complex, global, matrixed environment · Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional team Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred) · 8–10 years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 6 years in FP&A · Experience in a large, global organization with matrix structures · Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and business partnering · Exposure to multi-region operations (APAC, EMEA, Americas) is preferred · Prior experience in CoE/shared services environments is a strong advantage What we are looking for · Strong technical FP&A capability combined with CoE discipline · Ability to review and validate financials at an executive level · Act as a bridge between data, finance, and leadership decisions · Proactive mindset with focus on automation and process improvement · Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams · Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Location: Remote –Gurugram, HR Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
