We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Reservations & Scheduling Coordinators. In this role, you will support clients by managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all reservation details are accurate, organized, and completed on time. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, and helping keep processes running smoothly. You'll play an important role in coordinating details, tracking updates, and supporting clients throughout the scheduling and booking process. Training and ongoing support are provided, making this a great opportunity to build valuable skills in a structured, remote environment. Must be authorized to work in t he United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or LATAM regions

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate reservations, scheduling requests, and confirmations Communicate with clients to gather details and provide timely updates Review booking information to ensure accuracy and completeness Monitor schedules and track any changes or adjustments Maintain organized and up-to-date records within digital systems Follow up on outstanding items to ensure all details are finalized Support overall workflow to keep processes efficient and on track Attend optional virtual training sessions and stay up to date on travel trends and supplier promotions. What Were Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Reliable, professional, and consistent with follow-through Comfortable using digital tools and online systems Experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative work is a plus, but not required

Requirements
