About the role: We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supplier Manager I who thrives on managing and optimizing a diverse portfolio of long-tail suppliers within a fast-growing marketplace ecosystem. You'll be expected to own day-to-day supplier operations, use data to identify growth opportunities, and play a key role in building the processes and infrastructure that drive ZAGENO's supplier network at scale. In this role, you will: Manage & Scale the Supplier Network Driving Engagement: Actively manage a portfolio of long-tail, low-touch suppliers to ensure consistent platform participation and long-term retention. Onboarding & Enablement: Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new inbound partners, ensuring seamless technical and commercial integration onto the platform. Optimizing Supplier Showcases: Monitor and audit promotional activity to guarantee high quality, competitiveness, and strict alignment with marketplace standards. Unlock Growth Through Data Surfacing Pipeline Opportunities: Run regular data queries to spot sudden volume spikes or high-performing long-tail suppliers, translating raw data into qualified leads for the enterprise sales team. Account Graduation: Analyze transactional data to identify "hidden gem" suppliers with high growth potential, executing targeted outreach to scale them into active mid-tier accounts. Market Trend Analysis: Monitor marketplace buying patterns to identify supply gaps, helping the business understand which types of long-tail vendors need to be recruited next. Build Operational Infrastructure Streamlining Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for basic supplier inquiries, providing efficient operational support and troubleshooting. Setting Content Standards: Partner with suppliers to secure high-quality catalogs, accurate pricing alignment, and robust marketing content. Tracking Performance: Own key performance metrics for your portfolio, including supplier tiering, catalog completeness, and promotion performance. Manage a Supplier Ecosystem ZAGENO's supplier base spans multiple tiers; this role is the dedicated owner of the critical foundational layer: Long-Tail Spend Vendors: 2,000+ specialty, inbound, and low-touch suppliers. While these partners currently have limited individual sales, they represent massive aggregate growth potential. Your priority is maintaining high catalog quality, driving supplier activation, and uncovering hidden champions within this tier to scale them into mid-tier accounts. About you: Must-Have 1–3 years of experience in operations, account management, vendor relations, or a similar fast-paced environment. 1–3 years of experience in data analytics High attention to detail and the organizational skills required to manage multiple complex workflows and supplier portfolios simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, professional operational support and build rapport with external partners. A proactive problem-solver who is genuinely interested in building deep expertise in supplier and vendor management within a marketplace ecosystem.

Nice-to-Have

Prior experience working within a two-sided marketplace, e-commerce platform, or distribution business. Familiarity with catalog management systems, data cleaning, or digital onboarding processes.
