Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our passengers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chats. You'll represent arenaflex's values, ensuring every customer receives top-notch service and a smooth and pleasant travel experience. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing accurate information about flight schedules, ticket prices, and other services
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Processing ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds
  • Assisting customers with special requests such as wheelchair assistance and dietary requirements
  • Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfort with using computers and customer service software
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory (we provide comprehensive training to all new hires)
