Part-Time B2B Appointment Setter – Commercial Janitorial (Remote, U.S.) About Boss Janitorial Services is a commercial janitorial company based in Los Angeles County serving office buildings, commercial properties, and industrial facilities. We are growing and need a part-time appointment setter to generate a consistent flow of qualified walkthroughs. Territory Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. What's Provided Lead lists, a call framework, a dedicated business phone number (Nextiva, required), and a CRM (Monday.com, flexible). We’re pretty flexible on workflow. We care more about consistency and results than rigid processes. The only requirements are that activity is tracked and calls are made through a company-provided number. Responsibilities -Outbound calls to property managers, facility managers, and business owners from provided lead lists -Reactivate old bids and lapsed clients -Referrals from current clients -Qualify prospects: confirm decision-maker status, current cleaning situation, and genuine interest -Book and confirm walkthroughs -Send supporting emails to reinforce calls -Log calls, update records, and track follow-ups in the CRM -Weekly check-in Performance Expectations -5–8 qualified walkthroughs booked per month -Minimum conversation volume tracked weekly - CRM kept accurate and current Schedule & Pay -16 hours/week, Pacific Time business hours -Remote, U.S.-based -$20–$28/hour depending on experience -$50 bonus per held walkthrough to start (not just scheduled) Ideal Candidate -B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience -Service industry background preferred (janitorial, cleaning, HVAC, facilities) -Calm, professional phone presence -Strong follow-up habits, self-managed -Comfortable with decision-makers -Handles rejection consistently Not a Fit -Aggressive or high-pressure sales styles -Automation or AI-heavy outreach profiles -General VAs without calling experience Onboarding Call framework and CRM walkthrough provided during the first week.
