A Day in Your Life at arenaflex:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing new and existing customers with high-quality service and specializing in assessing customer needs. You will be responsible for performing teller transactions and maintenance with a high regard to detail, anticipating customer needs, and recommending products and services in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.

Your Primary Responsibilities Would Include:

* Providing our customers with a high level of service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

  • Accurately processing customer checking, savings, loan, and CD transactions, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Performing customer and account level maintenance, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Processing customer inquiries such as account, loan, debit card, account transfers, and research requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Assessing customer needs and making product/service recommendations or appropriately referring to our banking partners, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solutions.

Requirements:

* You have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent, and a minimum of two years' customer service and cash handling experience.

  • You are enthusiastic about providing a high level of customer service, with a strong passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • You have experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You can perform multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, including professional etiquette and a service mentality, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • You are skilled at business communication, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You have a strong professional demeanor and high regard for confidentiality, with the ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • You can travel to other arenaflex locations and off-site for meetings and/or training as required, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
