[Remote] Dispatcher

The Dispatcher is responsible for managing the assignment and completion of dispatch jobs, ensuring timely delivery of legal documents, and supporting operational efficiency through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Monitor internal task boards to identify unclaimed jobs
- Assign jobs by contacting primary and nearby servers using digital tools and communication channels
- Identify and resolve issues preventing job claims, such as missing customer information
- Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams
- Track and report trends in delayed or stuck jobs
- Review unclaimed job areas and coordinate with servers and recruiters to address coverage gaps
- Notify recruiters about areas needing additional support due to volume increases or performance issues
Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze information, identify obstacles, and escalate appropriately
- Proficiency with digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
- Reliable and consistent with high accuracy in following processes
