The Opportunity This role is more than just a position — it’s an opportunity to become a trusted resource for the families we serve. As a representative, you’ll connect with clients who have shown interest in learning more about their available benefits. Your job is to answer questions, explain options clearly, and help each family make confident decisions about their coverage. This is not about pressure-based sales or aggressive scripts. It’s about listening, educating, and guiding people through an important process with professionalism and care. Along the way, you’ll build valuable communication, leadership, and client service skills that can support long-term career growth.
