Automation Developer

Remote-first Full-time Now hiring

Looking for a role where automation is more than building bots? Where understanding how work really happens matters just as much as the technology you use to improve it? At Embla Medical, we improve people’s mobility so they can live their Life Without Limitations and smarter, more efficient processes help our teams stay focused on work that truly adds value. We’re looking for an Automation Developer who can combine technical know-how with curiosity about how the business works: someone who will listen, ask the right questions, and turn manual or repetitive processes into reliable automation solutions. You’ll join a highly supportive Process Excellence Team with the freedom to shape your own approach, choose the right tools, and help us move automation forward across a global environment. What is waiting for you You’ll analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and work with stakeholders to understand how things work today and what a better future state could look like. You’ll design and develop automation solutions using RPA technology, with a mix of AI capabilities. You’ll also monitor and support existing automations, and work closely with functional and technical support teams to continuously improve the automation landscape What you need to succeed in the role You bring hands-on experience in RPA development, ideally within Microsoft Power Platform, and you know how to translate business processes into effective automation solutions. You’re comfortable working independently, taking ownership of topics from discovery through delivery, and maintaining a strong focus on quality. You have professional English skills, both written and spoken, and practical experience with AI technologies. Experience with broader Power Platform and IT environments would be a plus. Familiarity with software development methodologies will also help you succeed in the role. What makes this role stand out is… … the level of trust, freedom, and ownership it offers. You’ll have a high level of autonomy, space to shape your way of working, and the opportunity to influence how automation develops over time. You’ll also join a highly supportive team that consistently scores highly on employee engagement surveys, being recognized for its strong internal collaboration and employee satisfaction. What we offer As part of our team, you can expect: An international team culture: collaborate across borders in a diverse and inclusive environment. Private medical care to support your well-being. Sports card support and access to our Social Fund. Career growth opportunities, professional development, and internal mobility across our global organization. A modern workspace in our Scandinavian-style office in the heart of Szczecin. Flexibility: we welcome candidates from Szczecin and the surrounding area, and we’re also open to a fully remote set-up for the right person based elsewhere in Poland. Join us in our mission to improve people’s mobility so they can live their Life Without Limitations.
