We are currently looking for empathetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Online Student Success Coaches. This is a flexible remote role focused on supporting students not only with their studies, but also with motivation, organisation, and personal growth. As a Student Success Coach, you will help students manage academic stress, improve focus, and develop effective study habits through supportive online sessions. Aufgaben Support students in setting and achieving academic and personal goals Teach study skills, time management, and motivation techniques Encourage confidence, resilience, and positive learning habits Provide a safe and supportive space for students to discuss challenges Qualifikation No formal coaching experience required Strong communication and listening skills Interest in education, wellbeing, and personal development Friendly, patient, and supportive attitude Reliable internet connection for online sessions
