Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist (DTC Supplements Brand)

We are seeking a data-driven Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to own and scale the retention funnel for our rapidly growing DTC supplement brand. In the health and wellness space, customer lifetime value (LTV) and recurring revenue are everything, so your primary mission will be transforming one-time buyers into lifelong subscribers. Operating at the intersection of data and psychology, you will take full control of our email and SMS channels, implementing hyper-segmented flows and automated sequences that directly combat subscription churn and drive community loyalty. In this role, you will architect and optimize our entire automation ecosystem, with a heavy focus on supplement-specific strategies like timed replenishment reminders, targeted upsells, and win-backs. You will manage the monthly content calendar—expertly balancing promotional offers with high-value health, lifestyle, and ingredient education—while overseeing end-to-end execution from advanced list segmentation to aggressive A/B testing. Collaborating closely with our creative team, you will ensure every campaign lands in the primary inbox, aligns with our visual brand, and respects compliance boundaries regarding wellness claims. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of dedicated Klaviyo experience within the Shopify ecosystem, specifically utilizing subscription apps like Recharge, Skio, or Stay AI. You must possess a unique blend of analytical chops to audit deliverability and track Revenue Per Recipient (RPR), paired with the creative intuition needed to hook a health-conscious consumer. Ultimately, you will be measured on your ability to scale and maintain email-attributed revenue at 30-40% of our total brand revenue while consistently improving our long-term subscriber retention metrics.
