Cypress HCM is scaling its guest engagement programs and is seeking a Growth Specialist to manage the operational foundation of their lifecycle marketing ecosystem. This role involves overseeing CRM operations, ensuring effective campaign execution, and collaborating with various teams to enhance performance and growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary SME and platform owner for Klaviyo, overseeing day-to-day CRM operations and ensuring timely, error-free deployment of all email and SMS campaigns
- Build, manage, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, transactional, retention, win-back, and promotional programs
- Own campaign execution from intake through deployment, including audience setup, segmentation, personalization, scheduling, QA, approvals, and launch
- Manage the CRM deployment calendar and ensure alignment with broader marketing, business, and operational priorities across locations
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams on CRM integrations, data requirements, troubleshooting, platform enhancements, and roadmap prioritization
- Execute testing plans across creative, messaging, audience segmentation, timing, frequency, offers, and journey design to drive continuous optimization
- Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, audience health, and operational effectiveness, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
- Maintain audience data, suppression logic, preference management, and customer attributes to ensure data accuracy and targeting effectiveness
- Establish and document scalable CRM processes, QA standards, and operational best practices
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Strategy, Analytics, Creative, Consumer Experience, and Operations teams to bring campaigns and customer journeys to life
- Stay current on CRM, email, SMS, deliverability, and marketing automation best practices and recommend new capabilities to support growth
Skills
- 5–8+ years of experience in CRM Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Automation, or Growth Marketing
- Deep hands-on experience with Klaviyo required
- Proven experience building and managing automated lifecycle journeys, triggered campaigns, and audience segmentation
- Strong understanding of email, SMS, personalization, testing, and lifecycle marketing best practices
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and Marketing teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while building scalable processes
