THINKINK is a specialist communications agency that helps B2B technology companies within various sectors build their media presence and grow their business. They are seeking a Senior PR Account Manager & Media Relations Specialist who will manage multiple client accounts and execute PR strategies, ensuring high editorial standards in all communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PR strategies that span storytelling, pitching, media outreach, monitoring, and performance reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, and industry influencers to regularly secure relevant coverage
  • Lead day-to-day client management, serving as the primary point of contact, managing scopes of work, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Oversee campaign planning and execution, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows across multiple accounts
  • Collaborate closely with internal strategy, content, and creative colleagues to deliver integrated programs that support client goals and uphold THINKINK’s standards
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities and insights that strengthen client positioning
  • Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities, anticipating client needs and demonstrating measurable value through your work

Skills

  • Minimum 8 years of direct client-facing PR account management experience, including ownership of client relationships, PR strategy development, program execution and media relations. At least 4 years of PR-agency experience is required
  • Proven experience and track record of representing B2B companies in at least two of these industries: aviation technology, payment technology or travel technology. This requirement is non-negotiable
  • Demonstrated track record delivering earned media coverage and achieving PR program objectives for multiple clients simultaneously
  • Agency experience managing multiple accounts with a high degree of independence
  • Demonstrated success securing placements in business, technology and trade publications
  • Strong technology skills and experience using media relations, project management and collaboration tools such as Muck Rack, Meltwater, BuzzStream, Workfront, Workamajig or similar platforms
  • Confidence in presenting strategies, recommendations and results to clients and leading client meetings
  • Strong project planning, organization and workflow management skills
