The Wealthy Practitioner is seeking a Growth Copywriter & Conversion Strategist to drive leads and revenue through effective messaging across marketing channels. This role involves developing ad angles, offers, landing pages, and email campaigns while focusing on conversion rates and customer psychology.

- Build messaging systems that improve conversion across the funnel
- Paid Media Support• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager
- Develop ad concepts and testing angles
- Generate creative messaging ideas
- Analyze ad performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Create copy variations for testing and scale
- Marketing Innovation• Use AI to accelerate research, ideation, drafting, testing, and optimization
- Document winning messaging frameworks and campaign learnings
- Stay current on direct response, paid acquisition, and conversion trends
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of our marketing
Skills
- 3+ years of direct-response copywriting experience
- Strong understanding of Meta advertising and performance marketing
- Experience writing ads, landing pages, emails, and funnels
- You understand offers, positioning, customer psychology, and conversion
- You've written copy that generated measurable business results
- You can create campaign angles, not just write copy
- You understand how paid traffic and messaging work together
- AI-fluent and constantly experimenting with ways to improve output and effectiveness
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with high standards
- You've worked in coaching, consulting, health, wellness, education, or information businesses
- You're obsessed with direct-response marketing
- You follow Acquisition.com, Hormozi, Agora, Clickfunnels, or other performance-driven marketing organizations
- You've studied great sales letters, VSLs, funnels, and offer creation frameworks
- You save ads because they're good, not because they're pretty
